Korean Fried Chicken

Ingredients
• 1 egg
• Pinch of salt.
• 200 grams of milk.
• 1 table spoon of flour.
• 15 grams of ketchup.
• 5 lemon slices
• 2 mint leaves
• Pinch of black pepper.
• 30 grams of chili sauce for chicken.
• 70 grams of fried chicken powder.
• 500 grams of chicken leg and wing root.

How to make it

• Step 1
Wash the chicken with water, and make a few cuts on the surface. Then, get a bowl and put the salt, pepper and milk in. Mix it up, and put in the chicken. Let this marinate for about 2 hours.

• Step 2
Afterwards, pour the excess liquid out of the bowl, and add the egg and flour. Mix well until the chicken is covered on all sides.

• Step 3
Take the chicken piece by piece, pat off the excess flower and roll it into the chicken powder.
• Step 4
Heat up a pan with some oil on medium temperature and fry the chicken for about 7 minutes. Then, put the heat on high and fry for another 2 minutes.

• Step 5
Put a pot on the stove with the ketchup, chili sauce, and half a cup of water, and heat up the mixture on low heat while mixing it to a sauce. Put the chicken on a place and pour the sauce over it. Garnish it with some lemon slices and mint leaves. Time to enjoy!
