- 300 grams of shrimp.
- 10 grams of scallion.
- 10 grams of garlic.
- 10 grams of ginger.
- 1.5 table spoon of light soy sauce.
- 10 grams of cooking wine.
- 3 table spoons of tomato paste.
- 3.5 spoons of bean sauce.
- 1 table spoon of oil.
- Pinch of salt.
- Pinch of pepper powder.
How to make it
Cut the scallion, ginger, and garlic into small pieces. Soak the shrimps in water, add some salt, and clean them.
Afterwards, put the shrimps in a bowl, together with the soy sauce and pepper and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
Heat up a pan with the oil, and add the shrimps. Fry them until both sides are discolored. Take the shrimps out for later use.
Put the scallion, ginger, garlic, tomato sauce, and bean sauce in the pan using the remaining oil, and stir fry for about two minutes. Afterwards, put in the scrimp, a little water and stir fry until the shrimps are covered in the sauce. Ready to serve!
