Five spice powder Yanju chicken wings

• 1 table spoon of oil.
• A pinch of salt.
• 1 clove of garlic.
• 10 grams of lettuce.
• 10 chicken wings.
• 5 slices of ginger
• 1 green onion.
• 1 table spoon of chicken powder.
• 1.5 table spoons of cooking wine.
• 2 table spoons of five spice powder.

How to make it
• Step 1

Wash the chicken wings with some water, and make a few small cuts in the back. Spread the chicken powder evenly on the surface, and marinate for about an hour.

• Step 2
Chop op the green onion. Heat up a pot, poor in half of the oil, and add the onion, ginger, and garlic. Use the other half of the oil to brush onto the marinated wings, and place them in the pot. Put a lid on the pan, and cook for an hour.

• Step 3
Get a plate, spread the lettuce on, and put the delicious chicken wings on them. Ready to serve.
