Suzao Chili Sauce

Today, we’re sharing one of Li’s best recipes; Suzao Chili Sauce!
- 10 grams of walnuts
- 50 gram s of dried chili
- 50 grams of peanuts
- 20 grams of Sichuan pepper
- A pinch of salt
- A gloves of garlic
- 30 grams of Pleurotus eryngii
- 20 grams of Jujube
- 20 grams of sesame seeds.
- 50 grams of normal sauce
- 10 grams of cooking oil.
How to make it
Step 1: Cut the walnuts, dried chili, and garlic into pieces and put the ingredients in separate containers for later use. Also, clean the Pleurotus eryngii and cut it into small dices.
Step 2: Then, cook the raw peanuts in the frying pan. After the peels fall off, turn the heat down, and blow of the skins. Afterwards, you can crush the peanuts.
Step 3: add the Sichuan pepper in the pan, and then crush it.
Step 4: Get another pot on the stove and heat up the oil. After the oil is hot, scoop out a spoon and poor in into your bowl with the chopped dry pepper. Keep the pot on the stove and add the Pleurotus eryngii. Fry it until the water is dry.
Step 5: Add the chopped walnuts to the pan and fry them until the color changes. Afterwards, scoop them out.
Step 6: Heat up another spoon of oil to the pot and add the sauce. After 2 minutes, add the dried pepper, walnut, Pleurotus eryngii, and a pinch of salt. Then stir it well.
Step 7: Two minutes later, also add the peanuts, jujubes, and sesame into the pot and stir again. All done!
