Chicken with garlic black bean sauce


 4 chicken legs.

30 grams of onion.

10 grams of scallion.

10 grams of ginger.

2 tablespoons of garlic black bean sauce.

5 grams of pepper powder.

 Pinch of salt.

 Pinch of sugar.

 1.5 tablespoon of cooking wine.

1 tablespoon of soy sauce.

1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.

1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.

How to make it

Step 1

Clean the chicken legs with water, and chop up the onion, scallion, ginger and garlic into small pieces.

Step 2

Put the chicken in a bowl. Mix all ingredients together, and cover up the chicken with the mixture.

Step 3

Put the chicken in a sealing bag, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least two hours.

Step 4

Put the marinated chicken in a steaming basket and steam for about 20 minutes. Done!
