Cantonese style fried rice noodles


200 grams of rice noodles.

150 grams of pork.

½ tablespoon of oil.

Pinch of salt.

1 tablespoon of soy sauce.

 20 grams of scallion.

3 dried red peppers.

How to make it

Step 1

Wash and chop the pork, cut the scallion and dried pepper into small parts.

Step 2

Put the rice noodles in water and soak them until they’ve become soft.

Step 3

Put the oil in a pan and heat it up. Then, put in the dried red peppers, and stir fry. After one minute add the pork and cook until it chances color.

Step 4

Drain the rice noodles and add them to the pan. Continue to stir.

Step 5

Finally, add the soy sauce to the pan, and stir fry until it’s absorbed in the meat and noodles. When plating, add the chopped scallion and salt as a finishing touch.
