Ingredients
- 1 table spoon of bbq sauce.
- ½ table spoon of soy sauce.
- Pinch of black pepper.
- 100 grams of noodles.
- 1 table spoon of oil.
- 10 grams of ginger.
- 20 grams of scallion.
- 15 grams of garlic.
- 20 ml of water.
- 100 grams of shrimps or meat.
How to make it
step 1:
Cook the noodles as described at the packaging.
Step 2:
Mix a small amount of water with the soy sauce, black pepper, and barbecue sauce.
Step 3:
Heat up a pan with oil and stir-fry the scallion, ginger, garlic. When cooked, add the shrimp until it turns pink.
Step 4:
Add the barbecue sauce mixture and the noodles, stir-fry the dish for about two minutes.
Ready to serve!
