Fried udon noodles

Ingredients
• Pinch of salt.
• 2 eggs.
• ½ an onion.
• vegetables.
• 80 grams of ham.
• 400 grams of udon noodles.
• 1 table spoon of vinegar.
• ½ table spoon of sugar.
• 1 table spoon of oyster sauce.
• 1 table spoon of light soy sauce.
• 1 table spoon of crispy Spanish pepper oil.

How to make it


• Step 1
Put a pot on the stove, boil water, and put the udon noodles in. Boil them for about 2 minutes until cooked. Remove them from the pot, and put in cold water.


• Step 2
Beat the eggs into a bowl. Heat up a pan with some oil, put the eggs in and scramble them until cooked. Put the cooked eggs in a bowl.


• Step 3
Cut the onion into small pieces, and fry them in a pan together with the ham for about 20 seconds on high heat. Then, add the udon noodles, crispy Spanish pepper oil, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, white sugar, and salt. Stir evenly.


• Step 4
Add the vegetables and continue to cook on lower heat for 3 minutes. Enjoy your tasty noodles!
